Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Securely

Place the metal detector and all included accessories, manuals, and batteries back into the original manufacturer's packaging to prevent damage during transit.

Affix Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring any old labels are removed or covered.

Inspection and Refund

Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
